About the Role:

We are looking for a Talent Data Analyst to join our Talent team. This professional will be responsible for transforming raw data—numbers or qualitative datasets—into narratives that help our business colleagues make better decisions. The primary goal is to analyze large volumes of complex data from our Talent team, extract insights, and help solve problems.

What You’ll Do:

1. Understand the Talent funnel and architect data solutions from scratch, including defining KPIs and metrics.
2. Collaborate with stakeholders to understand reporting needs, identify data sources, and query required data.
3. Cleanse and prepare data, creating datasets, reports, and dashboards to meet requirements.
4. Present findings and gather feedback from stakeholders.
5. Deploy data, reports, and dashboards to analysis tools, developing reports according to specifications.
6. Maintain and document the operational environment.

You Must Have:

• At least 3 years of experience developing Business Intelligence dashboards, reports, analyzing, and visualizing data.
• Understanding of top-tier Data Analysis tools; experience with administration, licensing, security, and deployment is a plus.
• Solid understanding of relational data modeling concepts.
• Strong analytical skills with a hands-on approach and the ability to meet commitments.
• Excellent organizational skills, disciplined implementation, support, and documentation.
• Experience with ETL processes using SSIS, Python, or similar technologies (preferred).
• Knowledge of SQL Server architecture and experience creating tabular data models in SQL Server (preferred).
• Advanced proficiency in English.
