BairesDev is seeking a Talent Acquisition Associate to identify and hire senior-level talent worldwide. You will design targeted search strategies, conduct rigorous interviews, and lead salary negotiations to close top candidates.

You'll build strong relationships with candidates and hiring managers, leverage networks, and analyze market trends to continuously optimize our hiring approach. This role is 100% remote with flexible hours and generous compensation in USD or local currency.
