BairesDev is seeking a Talent Acquisition Associate to drive recruitment activities remotely, focusing on executive and senior-level roles across the US market. You will design targeted search strategies, interview candidates, negotiate offers, and build strong relationships with candidates and hiring managers.

This role requires at least 5 years of recruitment experience, advanced English, and experience working in remote environments.

• Strong negotiation and relationship-building abilities.

• Lead salary negotiations and manage the complete offer process for successful placements.

• Develop and leverage professional networks to source high-caliber candidates.
• Research and analyze market trends to optimize talent acquisition strategies.
• Create and maintain detailed documentation of recruitment processes and candidate interactions.
• Collaborate with internal teams to understand and meet specific hiring requirements.
