BairesDev is seeking a Talent Acquisition Associate to lead executive and senior-level talent searches, conduct in-depth interviews, and manage offers. The role emphasizes strong communication, market insight, and negotiations to secure top candidates for US-focused, remote roles.

Ideal candidates will have 5+ years in recruitment, excellent English, and proven ability to thrive in a fully remote environment while building lasting relationships with candidates and hiring teams.
