**Position Title: Systems, Senior Analyst – IT Supply Chain Brazil**

**Location:** Balneário Piçarras, SC or São Paulo, SP or Pouso Alegre, MG

**Work model** : Hybrid 3-2

**Reports to** : Manager, Business Applications

We are seeking a **Systems, Senior Analyst** to support and enhance our supply chain systems in Brazil. This role requires a strong background in **Datasul** with preferred experience in **Advanced Planning capabilities** . The ideal candidate will collaborate with business teams to optimize processes related to **Purchasing (Direct & Indirect), Manufacturing (Planning & Execution), and Demand & Supply Planning** .

**Key Responsibilities:**

+ Support and enhance **Datasul ERP** functionality, ensuring alignment with business needs.

+ Leverage **Advanced Planning** capabilities to drive efficiency in supply chain processes.

+ Collaborate with **Purchasing, Manufacturing, and Planning teams** to identify and implement system improvements.

+ Work closely with stakeholders to define business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.

+ Lead and support **integration projects** involving Datasul and other enterprise systems.

+ Provide end-user training and support to ensure effective adoption of system enhancements.

+ Participate in **project management activities** , ensuring timely delivery and alignment with business goals.

+ Analyze data and generate insights to improve supply chain efficiency and decision-making.

+ **Promote standard processes based on regional and global best practices** to drive consistency and efficiency across supply chain operations.

**Qualifications & Experience:**

+ Solid experience working with **Datasul ERP** , with **Advanced Planning** capabilities.

+ Strong knowledge serving **Purchasing, Manufacturing, and Demand & Supply Planning** processes/areas.

+ Proven ability to manage projects and drive system improvements.

+ Strong **business analysis** and problem-solving skills.

+ **Proven business partnership capabilities** , with the ability to collaborate effectively across functions and influence key stakeholders.

+ Technical proficiency to support system configurations and integrations.

+ Ability to work independently and collaboratively with cross-functional teams.

+ **Intermediate to advanced** level of English proficiency.

+ Experience with **Datasul integration projects** is a plus.
