Fortinet in São Paulo is seeking a candidate for a technical role focused on pre-sales support and customer engagement. You will assist in qualifying sales leads and act as the main technical resource during sales calls, answering customer inquiries and providing in-depth technical insights.

Qualificações

• Exceptional understanding of DNS, NFS, SMTP, HTTP, TCP/IP.

Certifications: CCIE, CISSP

Qualifications

• Experience in technical/pre-sales support as a sales or systems engineer
• Experience in LAN/WAN/Internet services administration
• Experience with Wireless technologies, deploying, supporting and doing site surveys
• Solid understanding of Wireless Authentication technologies
• Exceptional understanding of DNS, NFS, SMTP, HTTP, TCP/IP
• Knowledge of Routing, Switching, VPN, LAN, WAN, Network Security, Intrusion Detection, and Anti Virus
• Solid understanding of RADIUS, PKI, IKE, Certificates, L2TP, IPSEC, FIREWALL, 802.1Q, MD5, SSH, SSL, SHA1, DES, 3DES
• Experience with encryption and authentication technologies required
• Certifications: CCIE, CISSP

Job Duties and Responsibilities

• Pre-sales – assist in qualifying sales leads from a technical standpoint
• Sales calls – serve as the main technical resource, answering/educating customers on features, specifications, functionality, and integration
• Conversant with networking applications and solutions
• Post‑sales – act as the lead technical contact for identified accounts, working closely with technical support and engineering to elevate and resolve customer technical issues
• Provide assistance to identified customers with post‑sales training
