Jobtailor in São Paulo seeks a Business Requirements Specialist to gather and document e-commerce requirements spanning catalog, pricing, promotions, stock, checkout and payment. You will translate requirements into Jira tickets with context, scope, acceptance criteria and visual references.

Collaborate with pricing, promotions and inventory teams to ensure precise specifications and testing. You will track resolution to closure and support UAT, keeping PM updated on progress and changes.

Qualificações

• Proven experience writing business functional requirements for e-commerce features.
• Advanced English (reading/writing) required.
• Strong ability to conduct discovery phases for online shopping experiences.

Responsabilidades

• Gather business requirements for the purchase journey: catalog/pre-purchase, pricing, promotions, stock availability, checkout and payment.
• Translate each requirement into a Jira ticket with context, scope, acceptance criteria and visual references.
• Collaborate with pricing, promotions and inventory teams to ensure requirements are specified and tested.
• Track ticket resolution through to closure.
• Support UAT of the purchase journey to confirm implementations meet requirements.
• Keep requirements and status up to date for the Project Manager.

• Gather business requirements for the purchase journey: catalog/pre-purchase, pricing, promotions, stock availability, checkout and payment;
• Translate each requirement into a Jira ticket containing context, scope, acceptance criteria and visual references;
• Interact with teams responsible for pricing, promotions and inventory to ensure the requirement is specified and tested;
• Track ticket resolution through to closure;
• Support UAT (User Acceptance Testing) of the purchase journey, confirming that implementations meet the requirement;
• Keep requirements and status up to date for the Project Manager (PM).

Requirements

• Proven experience writing business functional requirements and conducting discovery phases for e-commerce features;
• Experience with VTEX or another e-commerce platform;
• Business requirements documentation;
• Proficiency with Jira;
• Advanced English (reading/writing).
