Responsibilities

• Develop and validate solutions in Python as the primary language, using Excel and other tools applicable to the project
• Statistically validate datasets and support Artificial Intelligence applications
• Use SCRUM methodology to manage activities
• Provide user support and perform data preparation and exploratory analysis
• Delegate tasks to the team and take responsibility for the technical quality of deliverables
• Conduct internal project kick-off meetings
• Act as the operational focal point for clients
• Identify improvement opportunities and support client solutions
• Prepare presentations and lead technical discussions and alignment sessions clearly and concisely

Requirements

• Advanced Python: autonomous development, best practices, and the ability to review and validate team code
• Advanced Excel, with strong command of advanced formulas
• Knowledge of SQL for database manipulation and querying
• Version control with Git
• Experience with SCRUM methodology
• Intermediate English and basic Spanish
• Strong communication and organizational skills
