Job summary

Kyndryl Brasil Servicos Limitada is looking for a Systems Management Specialist to maintain and optimize customers' IT infrastructure for peak performance. You'll diagnose issues, size resources, and drive change management to secure reliable operations.

You will work with mainframe environments and cutting-edge observability tools, collaborating with teams worldwide in a hybrid-friendly culture that supports growth and learning, including certifications with Microsoft, Google, and Amazon.

Qualifications

• Experience with mainframe operations and strong knowledge of z/OS environments.
• Familiarity with monitoring and observability tools for cloud-native systems.
• Ability to size, optimize and tune enterprise IT infrastructures.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and optimize customers' IT infrastructure for peak performance.
• Troubleshoot critical incidents and provide timely solutions.
• Lead sizing, capacity planning and change-management tasks.
