Infosys Brazil is seeking a SysOps Analyst to join our team and support RADAR, Goldfire, and TAMAR applications. You will administer, monitor, and troubleshoot to keep services running smoothly for national and international clients.

You will coordinate with infrastructure and vendor teams, manage access controls, maintain documentation, and contribute to continuous improvement in a dynamic global environment.

Qualificações

• 5+ years of application support and system administration experience.
• Strong knowledge of application servers, databases, and system integrations.
• Experience with user access management, incident resolution, monitoring, and release management.
• ITIL knowledge preferred.
• Experience with enterprise applications and global support environments.
