Under general supervision, performs services within the product service line at customer locations. May work as a solo service crew member or supervise other employees at the customer site. Routinely operates in various well site environments as assigned by the Service Coordinator. Oversees Product Service Line (PSL) functions at the well site and participates in high-profile projects. Job tasks impact cost, efficiency, and profitability, with errors being easily measurable and containable. Requires skills typically acquired through a high school diploma or similar education. Must be assessed as competent at the Service Supervisor/Specialist II level in two strategic sub-PSLs and at the Service Supervisor III level in a third. Must review job plans to ensure best practices and customer expectations are met. Ability to communicate effectively with PSLs and third parties to ensure tool compatibility is required. Demonstrates safe pressure testing of equipment and interprets Tool Engineering Drawings. Must be qualified as a Competency Assessor and mentor or qualified to conduct Field Service Quality / Halliburton Management System (HMS) audits. Excellent leadership, behavioral, and communication skills are required. Completion of Customer Service Workshop and Diversity Training is necessary. Ability to explain the local HMS process for resource preparation and use the CPI System for documenting issues or improvement ideas is required. Good computer skills, including Excel, SAP, and Word, are necessary.
