Job Duties

1. Under general supervision, performs services within the product service line at customer locations. May work as a one-person service crew or supervise other employees at the customer's site.
2. Coordinates and oversees Product Service Line (PSL) functions at the well site, often participating in high-profile projects. Job tasks influence cost, efficiency, and profitability, with errors being easily measurable and confined.
3. Requires skills typically acquired through a high school diploma or equivalent. Must be assessed as competent at the Service Supervisor/Specialist II level in two strategic sub-PSLs and at the Service Supervisor III level in a third sub-PSL.
4. Must review job plans to ensure best practices and customer expectations are met. Effective communication with PSLs and third parties is necessary to ensure tool compatibility.
5. Demonstrates ability to pressure test equipment safely and interpret Tool Engineering Drawings. Must be qualified as a Competency Assessor and mentor or qualified to conduct Field Service Quality and HMS audits.
6. Possesses excellent leadership, behavioral, and communication skills. Completion of Customer Service Workshop and Diversity Training is required.
7. Familiarity with the HMS process, including resource preparation and the CPI system for documenting issues or improvement ideas, is required.
8. Good computer skills, including Excel, SAP, and Word, are necessary.
