Job Duties

• Perform services within the product service line at customer locations, potentially as a solo service crew member or supervising others.
• Work at various well sites as assigned by the Service Coordinator.
• Coordinate and oversee Product Service Line (PSL) functions and participate in high-profile projects.
• Impact cost, efficiency, and profitability through job tasks, with errors being easily measurable and contained.
• Skills typically acquired through a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Assess competency at the Service Supervisor/Specialist II level in two strategic sub-PSLs and at the Service Supervisor III level in a third sub-PSL.
• Review job plans to ensure best practices and customer expectations are met.
• Communicate effectively with PSL teams and third parties to ensure tool compatibility.
• Demonstrate pressure testing of equipment safely and interpret Tool Engineering Drawings.
• Be qualified as a Competency Assessor and mentor, or qualified to conduct quality audits and HMS system reviews.
• Exhibit excellent leadership, behavioral, and communication skills.
• Complete required training, including Customer Service Workshop and Diversity Training.
• Explain the HMS process and utilize the CPI System for documenting issues and improvements.
• Maintain good computer skills, including proficiency in Excel, SAP, and Word.
