Jobtailor is seeking a Control Tower leader in São Paulo to oversee KPIs and end-to-end customer service cycles across CRM, manufacturing, fulfillment, delivery and reverse logistics for all channels. You will lead analysts and specialists, align with BUs, and drive the implementation and evolution of the Control Tower.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics or a related field; postgraduate specialization desirable.
• Experience in Supply Chain or Logistics management.
• Experience with Control Tower operations, KPI management, end-to-end operations, logistics, fulfillment and order management.
• Knowledge of Power BI, TMS, WMS, CRM, Intelipost, OKRs and Agile Methodologies.
• Experience leading teams, continuous improvement and digital transformation.

Responsabilidades

• Implement, evolve and manage the Control Tower and ensure end-to-end visibility across the customer service cycle.
• Coordinate decision-making across departments, anticipate risks, and ensure compliance with service levels, costs, and efficiency.
• Oversee material, order and information flows through the Supply Chain Control Tower; monitor real-time indicators and operational ceremonies.
• Drive improvement projects and automation using digital tools (e.g., Power BI) and support digital transformation.

Responsibilities

• The Control Tower is responsible for managing KPIs related to the customer service cycle, starting from the BU business plan and spanning CRM, manufacturing operations, fulfillment, delivery and reverse logistics across all sales channels (B2B, B2B2B, B2C and B2G).
• Work in alignment with BUs, other CoEs and Strategic Architects to implement the planned strategy and lead a team composed of analysts, assistants and specialists.
• Implement, evolve and manage the Control Tower.
• Ensure end-to-end visibility of the customer service cycle, coordinating decision‑making across departments, anticipating risks and ensuring compliance with service levels, costs and operational efficiency.
• Through the Supply Chain Control Tower, ensure end-to-end visibility of material, order and information flows.
• Establish processes and real‑time monitoring of key supply‑chain indicators by implementing daily operational ceremonies to enable rapid identification and resolution of operational deviations.
• Standardize processes, ensure adherence to operational workflows and ensure compliance.
• Coordinate contingency plans and act to mitigate impacts resulting from supplier delays, production issues, logistical constraints, stock unavailability and systemic problems.
• Coordinate operational recovery plans, involving and communicating with internal and external stakeholders.
• Lead improvement projects, identifying opportunities to automate processes using digital tools and supporting corporate digital transformation initiatives (predictive analytics, demand‑trend identification, developing risk scenarios using tools such as Power BI).
• Lead the operational team responsible for logistics back‑office activities (order management and invoicing).

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics or a related field. Postgraduate degree and/or specialization is desirable.
• Experience in Supply Chain or Logistics management.
• Experience with Control Tower operations, KPI management, end‑to‑end operations, logistics, fulfillment and order management.
• Knowledge of Power BI, TMS, WMS, CRM, Intelipost, OKRs and Agile Methodologies.
• Experience leading teams, continuous improvement and digital transformation.
• Strategic and analytical mindset, decision‑making ability, problem‑solving skills, results orientation and excellent interpersonal skills.
