Qualificações

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 8+ years of progressive Supply Chain experience in manufacturing.
  • Fluent English; Portuguese fluency required.
  • Experience leading MRP implementation and ERP governance.

The Integrated Supply Chain Manager will design, implement, and lead an integrated Supply Chain organization focused on transformation, operational discipline, and sustainable growth.

This is a transformation leadership role. The successful candidate will build and mature the function by establishing planning disciplines, governance, processes, and operational capabilities required to support long-term growth.

A central priority will be to create the Production Planning and Control (PCP) function from the ground up and lead the reimplementation and governance of MRP. The role will also oversee Procurement, Warehouse and Inventory Management, Quality Management System, and Invoicing.

The position will work closely with Manufacturing, Engineering, Sales, Finance, Human Resources, IT, and global teams to improve operational reliability, customer service, inventory performance, and execution discipline.

Key Responsibilities
Supply Chain Leadership
  • Build and lead an integrated Supply Chain organization.
  • Define the operating model, roles, responsibilities, governance, and management routines.
  • Develop a capable, collaborative, performance-oriented team.
  • Establish Supply Chain KPIs and performance reviews.
  • Promote accountability, process discipline, and cross-functional collaboration.
Planning, PCP, and MRP
  • Design and lead the Production Planning and Control function.
  • Reimplement and govern the MRP process, including parameters, master data, planning policies, and routines.
  • Ensure reliable planning inputs, including bills of materials, lead times, inventory records, and production data.
  • Develop production, material, scheduling, and capacity planning processes.
  • Establish short-, medium-, and long-term planning routines.
  • Align customer demand, material availability, production capacity, and delivery commitments.
  • Develop planning dashboards and KPIs.
  • Improve visibility of material shortages, production constraints, and delivery risks.
  • Support future demand planning and S&OP capabilities.
Procurement and Supplier Management
  • Lead strategic and operational Procurement activities.
  • Develop supplier management processes and performance indicators.
  • Improve supplier delivery, quality, cost, and lead-time performance.
  • Support sourcing, negotiation, and supplier development.
  • Identify and mitigate supply risks.
  • Improve purchasing processes, controls, and ERP discipline.
Warehouse and Inventory Management
  • Lead Warehouse and Inventory Management activities.
  • Improve inventory accuracy, control, visibility, and traceability.
  • Establish cycle counting and inventory reconciliation programs.
  • Define inventory policies, safety stocks, reorder points, and planning parameters.
  • Reduce stockouts, excess and obsolete inventory, and material shortages.
  • Improve receiving, storage, picking, material movement, and internal logistics.
  • Ensure material availability for production and customer delivery.
Quality Management System
  • Lead the company's Quality Management System.
  • Maintain and strengthen ISO certifications and management system requirements.
  • Coordinate internal, external, and certification audits.
  • Lead corrective and preventive actions.
  • Maintain document control, procedures, records, and system governance.
  • Promote continuous improvement and process compliance.
Invoicing, ERP and Process Governance
  • Lead Invoicing activities and ensure accurate and timely billing.
  • Improve integration between order execution, production, shipment, and invoicing.
  • Act as the business owner for Supply Chain processes within the ERP.
  • Optimize ERP usage across Planning, Procurement, Inventory, Warehouse, Quality, and Invoicing.
  • Ensure Supply Chain master data quality and governance.
  • Partner with IT and system providers to resolve issues and improve functionality.
  • Reduce dependence on manual controls and spreadsheets.
  • Support digitalization, process standardization, and data-driven decision-making.
Continuous Improvement and Cross-Functional Leadership
  • Lead end-to-end Supply Chain improvement initiatives.
  • Standardize processes and eliminate unnecessary variation.
  • Support Lean, problem-solving, and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Improve process flow, lead times, responsiveness, and execution reliability.
  • Establish root-cause analysis and corrective action routines.
  • Build strong partnerships with Manufacturing, Engineering, Sales, Finance, HR, IT, and global teams.
  • Influence across functions, facilitate decisions, resolve conflicts, and maintain alignment.
  • Establish an effective Production Planning and Control function.
  • Complete MRP reimplementation and establish sustainable governance.
  • Improve planning accuracy and production scheduling discipline.
  • Increase inventory accuracy and reduce stockouts, excess, and obsolete inventory.
  • Improve supplier delivery and lead-time reliability.
  • Strengthen warehouse controls and material flow.
  • Improve Quality Management System governance and audit readiness.
  • Improve invoicing timeliness and reliability.
  • Improve On-Time Delivery and reduce Past Due orders.
  • Establish standardized Supply Chain KPIs and management routines.
  • Improve ERP utilization and master data reliability.
  • Build a capable and collaborative Supply Chain team.
  • Establish a strong partnership with Manufacturing.
Requirements
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, Business Administration, Operations, or a related field.
  • MBA, postgraduate degree, or relevant professional certification is preferred.
  • Fluent English, written and spoken, is mandatory.
  • Portuguese fluency is required.
Professional Experience
  • Minimum of 8 years of progressive Supply Chain experience in a manufacturing environment.
  • Proven leadership experience in Supply Chain, Planning, Operations, or related functions.
  • Experience implementing or redesigning Production Planning and Control processes.
  • Strong practical experience with MRP implementation, reimplementation, governance, and optimization.
  • Experience leading Procurement, Warehouse, Inventory Management, and material planning.
  • Experience with ERP implementation, optimization, or business process ownership.
  • Experience with Quality Management Systems, preferably ISO 9001.
  • Experience leading process transformation and organizational change.
  • Experience working in cross-functional and matrixed environments.
  • Multinational manufacturing experience is strongly preferred.
  • Experience in industrial automation, instrumentation, engineered products, or similar environments is desirable.
  • Experience with SAP, Oracle, QAD, TOTVS, Mega, or comparable ERP systems is desirable.
  • Experience with Lean Manufacturing, continuous improvement, and S&OP is preferred.

Key internal interfaces: Manufacturing, Engineering, Sales, Finance, Human Resources, Information Technology, Corporate Supply Chain, Corporate Operations, Corporate Quality, and Corporate Procurement.

Functions within scope: Production Planning and Control, MRP Governance, Procurement, Warehouse, Inventory Management, Quality Management System, and Invoicing.

Outside the scope: Production and Product Quality Control, which will be transferred to Manufacturing as part of the new organizational structure.
