Job summary

Fanatics Collectibles is seeking a Supply Chain Analyst to support day-to-day warehouse and logistics operations for the Topps Brasil online store. Reporting to the Supply Chain Manager, you will work with e-commerce, operations and finance to manage order flow, inventory, transportation and supplier coordination.

Topps Brasil is growing rapidly; we seek an energetic, hands-on problem solver who acts with urgency and pursues continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent higher-education qualification
• Previous experience in logistics, supply chain or warehouse operations is preferred
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills
• Strong organization, attention to detail and follow-through
• A proactive, solutions-oriented approach and the ability to work with a sense of urgency

Responsibilities

• Manage the order backlog and coordinate timely resolution
• Monitor shipments and transportation orders through delivery
• Maintain accurate inventory records and support inventory control
• Track and manage consigned materials
• Monitor service-level KPIs and highlight risks or gaps
• Coordinate products for marketing activities
• Identify and implement logistics improvements
• Work with suppliers to ensure information and documentation is complete
• Issue purchase orders and maintain purchasing records
• Follow up with suppliers to meet deadlines

Role Summary

Fanatics Collectibles is seeking aSupply Chain Analyst who will support the day-to-day warehouse and logistics operations for the Topps Brasil online store (br.topps.com). Reporting to the Supply Chain Manager, this role will work closely with the e-commerce, operations and finance teams to manage order flow, inventory, transportation and supplier coordination.

Topps Brasil is in a period of rapid growth and digital transformation. As our e-commerce business expands, we are strengthening the operational foundation needed to deliver a reliable customer experience. We are looking for an energetic, hands-on problem solver who works with urgency and is motivated by continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the order backlog, identifying issues and coordinating timely resolution.
• Monitor shipments and transportation orders through delivery.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and support inventory control activities.
• Track and manage consigned materials.
• Monitor service-level KPIs and highlight operational risks or performance gaps.
• Coordinate the movement and delivery of products required for marketing activities.
• Identify and implement improvements to logistics and supply chain processes.
• Work with suppliers to ensure required information and documentation are complete and accurate.
• Request quotations, issue purchase orders and maintain accurate purchasing records.
• Follow up with suppliers to ensure agreed deadlines are met.

Qualifications
