JBT Marel Corporation in Brazil seeks an experienced Production Planning Supervisor to develop, review, and manage production schedules based on demand forecasts and capacity. You will lead the planning team, coordinate with procurement, manufacturing, logistics, and sales, and drive KPIs such as on-time delivery and schedule adherence.

The role requires a strong grasp of ERP/MRP systems, advanced Excel, and the ability to optimize inventory and productivity in a manufacturing setting.

Qualificações

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and guide the production planning team, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in planning processes
• Coordinate with procurement, manufacturing, logistics, and sales teams to ensure seamless operations
• Monitor production performance and adjust plans as needed to meet deadlines and minimize delays
• Analyze data related to production, inventory, and demand to identify trends and improvement opportunities
• Ensure optimal inventory levels to prevent stockouts or excess inventory
• Implement and maintain planning systems, tools, and best practices
• Identify bottlenecks and recommend process improvements to enhance productivity
• Prepare reports and present key performance indicators (KPIs) to management
• Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and quality requirements

Qualifications
