Job Description

Hybrid: This position requires you to work on-site 3 times a week (Tue to Thu).

What You'll Do (Responsibilities):

1. Lead overall project management across functions.
2. Apply modern project management skills, including agile methodologies, design thinking, and fostering a test & learn mentality within the team.
3. Develop and support overall and detailed timelines for project implementation.
4. Strategize project implementation with a focus on short-term MVPs and long-term growth.
5. Maintain the project roadmap for successful and timely implementation.
6. Keep the team engaged and aligned with broader priorities.
7. Foster innovation within the project.
8. Represent the project to leadership confidently.
9. Develop impactful status presentations for senior leadership.
10. Coordinate cross-functional meetings.
11. Anticipate and communicate potential roadblocks or delays early to senior leadership.

Required Qualifications:
