Hybrid: This position requires you to work on-site 3 times a week (Tue to Thu).

What You'll Do (Responsibilities):

1. Lead overall project management across functions.
2. Apply modern project management skills, including agile methodologies, design thinking, and fostering a test & learn mentality within the team.
3. Develop overall project timelines and support detailed timelines by function.
4. Strategize a balanced project implementation approach, focusing on short-term MVP delivery and long-term growth plans.
5. Ensure the project roadmap is followed for timely and flawless implementation.
6. Keep the team engaged and aligned with broader group priorities.
7. Encourage innovation within the project.
8. Represent the project effectively to leadership.
9. Create impactful status reports for senior leadership.
10. Coordinate cross-functional meetings.
11. Identify and communicate potential roadblocks or delays to senior leadership early.
