Job Description

Hybrid: This position requires you to work on-site 3 times a week (Tue to Thu).

What You'll Do (Responsibilities):

• Lead overall project management across functions.
• Apply modern project management skills, including agile methodologies, design thinking, and fostering a test & learn mentality within the team.
• Develop overall project timelines and support detailed timelines by function.
• Strategize project implementation with a focus on short-term MVP delivery and long-term growth and improvements.
• Manage the project roadmap to ensure timely and flawless implementation.
• Keep the team engaged and aligned with broader group priorities.
• Encourage innovation within the project.
• Represent the project effectively to leadership.
• Create impactful status presentations for senior leadership.
• Coordinate cross-functional meetings.
• Identify and communicate potential roadblocks or delays to senior leadership early.

Your Skills & Abilities (Required Qualifications):

• Bachelor's degree
• Proficiency in English
• Experience in PMO and relevant certification
• Mandatory experience in complex project management

Preferred Qualifications:

• Spanish or Portuguese language skills (non-native)
• Experience in the luxury market
• Leadership experience
