Private Advertiser is seeking a caregiver for an after-school program to supervise Primary 1–6 students in a care centre. You will guide homework completion, plan enrichment activities, and ensure safety during dismissals and outings.

The role requires genuine passion for children, strong classroom management, and the ability to support learning in English, Mathematics, or Chinese, with an emphasis on nurturing positive behaviour and family communication.

Qualificações

Responsabilidades

About the role

This position involves supervising and caring for Primary 1 to Primary 6 students in an after-school student care environment. The role combines student supervision, academic support, activity planning, and behavior management.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise and care for Primary 1 to Primary 6 students in an after-school student care centre.

• Guide and ensure students complete their homework and assigned academic work.

• Plan, prepare, and conduct engaging enrichment activities such as arts and crafts, character building programs, holiday activities and excursions.

• Ensure the safety, welfare, and discipline of students during school dismissal and pick up, activities within the centre premises, outdoor activities and excursions.

• Foster positive behaviour and help students develop good values and social skills.

• Communicate regularly with parents and guardians regarding students' progress, behaviour, and well-being.

• Perform administrative and logistics tasks (eg. planning, marking, preparation, purchasing, packing and tidying the centre, tabulation of responses).

• Perform any other duties and responsibilities as assigned by the Manager.
