Revolut is seeking a Strategy & Operations Manager to shape how we expand and operate globally. You will drive high-impact initiatives, using data-driven insights to solve challenges, scale processes, and deliver superior outcomes for customers.

In this role, you will own and deliver cross-functional projects, partnering with teams across finance, product, and operations to support rapid growth and operational excellence at a global scale.

Qualificações

• At least a 2:1 degree from a top university.
• 4+ years of work experience in a fast-paced environment.
• Proven track record of owning and delivering complex projects end to end.
• Ability to break complex problems into smaller parts.
• Enjoys working with data and deriving insights.
• Natural curiosity and drive to impact the business.
• Interest in the financial industry.

What you’ll be doing

• Searching for new features to provide a seamless customer experience

What you'll need

• At least a 2:1 degree from a top university
• 4+ years of work experience in a fast-paced environment
• A solid track record of taking ownership and leading complex projects end to end
• A magic skill to break complex problems into smaller ones
• To enjoy working with data
• Natural curiosity and a will to make an impact
• An interest in the financial industry

• Experience coding with SQL, Python, or R
