About The Role

The Credit team at Revolut creates and scales lending features that power global growth. They manage the entire product lifecycle, from backend systems to customer-facing experiences. By combining market insight, risk expertise, and technical precision, they deliver safe, forward-thinking solutions tailored to each region. We are looking for a Credit Manager in Brazil to design credit‑risk policies, procedures, and strategies for our retail lending features. You will be responsible for validating the underwriting strategy and leading preventative and reactive actions in the market and product offering.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Building and leading a local team to define and implement the lending strategy in Brazil
• Overseeing branch activities and the overall risk of the local loan portfolio
• Managing regulatory relationships
• Establishing and executing the territory’s underwriting, portfolio management, and collections policy and activity
• Interacting with regulators and local authorities

What You'll Need

• 7+ years of experience as a bank executive
• Expertise in retail lending products in Brazil
• An entrepreneurial drive and personal resilience
• Extensive experience building risk models, managing credit decisioning, and overseeing regulatory engagement
• An understanding of credit portfolio performance
• Excellent communication skills
• The ability to recruit and lead a team
• The ability to think and reason logically
