Revolut is seeking an Enterprise Risk Manager to design and implement our global risk management framework across functions, products and regions. You’ll shape risk appetite, governance, and reporting for a fast-growing financial technology company.

In this role you will monitor risk indicators, KRIs and incidents, collaborate with stakeholders, and help strengthen risk culture across the organisation. Fluency in English and 8+ years in financial services risk are required; experience with

Qualificações

• 8+ years of experience in risk management within financial services.
• Excellent stakeholder management, project management, and problem-solving skills.
• Expertise in the design and implementation of ERM frameworks in a financial services environment (ideally banking and/or payments).
• Knowledge of the financial services regulatory landscape impacting risk management.
• Impressive technology and data skills to create and analyse data in order to generate meaningful business risk insights.
• Fluency in English.
• Nice-to-have: SQL and BI tooling; crypto products experience.

About The Role

Risk at Revolut operates across all functions, products, and regions to monitor front-line performance and ensure the business operates safely. They're among the first to be involved in new initiatives, from tech to customer support.

We're looking for an Enterprise Risk Manager to support the design and implementation of our risk management framework. You'll take a global approach that factors in business strategy, board-level risk appetite, and governance structure.

What You'll Be Doing

What You’ll Need

• 8+ years of experience in risk management within financial services
• Excellent stakeholder management, project management, and problem-solving skills
• Expertise in the design and implementation of ERM frameworks in a financial services environment (ideally banking and/or payments)
• Knowledge of the financial services regulatory landscape impacting risk management
• Impressive technology and data skills to create and analyse data in order to generate meaningful business risk insights
• Fluency in English

Nice to have

• Proficiency with SQL and business intelligence tooling
• Experience with crypto products
