A leading software development company is seeking a Strategic Proposal Analyst to craft persuasive proposals for custom software development and IT engagements. You will collaborate with sales and technical teams, ensuring responses are strategically positioned and deliver value. The ideal candidate has 3–5 years of relevant experience, excellent English writing skills, and a solid understanding of software project frameworks. Qualificações

• 3–5 years of experience in IT outsourcing or consulting with hands-on proposal development.
• Demonstrated ability to write structured proposals for software development.
• Strong understanding of Agile and SDLC frameworks.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the creation of proposals and RFx responses for IT engagements.
• Synthesize inputs from technical and commercial teams into narratives.
• Write executive summaries and value propositions.
• Ensure responses are strategically positioned, technically feasible, and commercially competitive.
• Manage proposal schedules, stakeholder reviews, and final submissions to meet deadlines.
• Partner with Solution Architects, Delivery Managers, and Sales Executives to reflect accurate delivery logic.
• Develop and maintain reusable proposal content including case studies and templates.
• Create presentation materials and sales collateral to support presales discussions.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of proposal processes, templates, and content libraries.

Strategic Proposal Analyst at BairesDev

We are seeking a Strategic Proposal Analyst to craft persuasive, high‑quality proposals and responses to RFIs, RFQs, and RFPs for custom software development and IT professional services engagements. This role requires exceptional English writing and analytical skills, as well as a strong understanding of how software development projects are structured and delivered through modern frameworks such as SDLC and Agile. You will collaborate closely with Sales, Delivery, and Technical teams to shape narratives that demonstrate value, feasibility, and differentiation. This is a hands‑on, analytical, and strategic role, ideal for someone who can think critically, connect delivery details to business outcomes, and craft executive‑ready content that builds client confidence.

What You'll Do:

• Lead the end‑to‑end creation of proposals and RFx responses for project‑based IT and software development engagements.
• Synthesize diverse inputs from technical, delivery, and commercial teams into structured, client‑focused narratives.
• Write and refine executive summaries, delivery approaches, value propositions, and differentiators to effectively communicate key messages.
• Ensure responses are strategically positioned, technically feasible, and commercially competitive.
• Manage proposal schedules, stakeholder reviews, and final submissions to meet deadlines with quality and precision.
• Partner with Solution Architects, Delivery Managers, and Sales Executives to ensure proposals reflect accurate delivery logic and business goals.
• Develop and maintain reusable proposal content including case studies, delivery narratives, success stories, and templates.
• Create presentation materials and sales collateral to support presales discussions.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of proposal processes, templates, and content libraries.

What we are looking for:

• 3–5 years of experience in IT outsourcing, consulting, or professional services, with hands‑on involvement in developing proposals and RFP/RFI responses for software development or IT delivery engagements.
• Demonstrated experience writing and structuring proposals for software development or IT delivery projects.
• Strong understanding of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and delivery frameworks such as Agile and Scrum.
• Knowledge of engagement models and pricing structures including Time & Materials, Fixed‑Price, and Managed Services.
• Understanding of project phases such as Discovery, Design, Build, QA, and Deployment.
• Proven ability to interpret technical or delivery input and convert it into persuasive business narratives.
• Outstanding English writing and communication skills, able to create concise, executive‑level documents for global audiences.
• Bachelor's degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science, Communications, Business Administration, or equivalent practical experience.
• High proficiency in Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides, Forms).
• Experience with project management and collaboration tools such as Jira, Confluence, and Slack is a plus.
• Familiarity with UX/UI, AI, or digital transformation concepts is a plus.
