A day in the life

Your day starts reviewing labor projections and PHA schedules to ensure upcoming events are fully prepared. In the afternoon, you join a Labor Planning call with operations leaders, review vendor KPIs, and audit metrics from the previous event. No two days are the same, as you flex between sites, resolve escalations, and drive community engagement to keep talent pipelines healthy.
