About the project:

As a Staff Software Test Engineer, you will demonstrate expert skills in test automation and a broad understanding of software deployment in cloud and desktop environments. You will lead test strategies across the organization.

Daily responsibilities include:

• Recommending improvements to testing processes and tools.
• Leading quality-related initiatives, training, and mentoring.
• Evaluating acceptance criteria, designing, and executing manual and automated tests.
• Owning automation strategies and managing test data.
• Maintaining existing automation frameworks.
• Developing and debugging API and UI automated tests.
• Defining best practices for automated testing.
• Reviewing manual test cases for automation suitability.
• Providing metrics on test coverage and results.
• Presenting findings to stakeholders.

Ideal candidate profile:

• Bachelor's in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• 8+ years in QA and Test Automation roles.
• 5+ years with C#.
• At least 1 year with load and performance testing tools (e.g., Jmeter, Blazemeter).
• Experience with AWS or Azure, with some AWS background.
• Azure DevOps experience is a plus.
• AI experience is a plus.
• Excellent English communication skills, working with US clients.
