About the project:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Staff Software Test Engineer to take charge of the testing practices and processes of a team. You will play a crucial role in ensuring the reliability, performance, and quality of our solutions by designing and executing comprehensive testing strategies.

You will be able to:

• Collaborate with full stack teams to define test strategies for microservices and UI components.
• Recommend improvements to testing processes, technology, and interfaces.
• Lead quality-related work, training, and mentoring of team members.
• Evaluate acceptance criteria, determine test approach, write, and execute both manual and automated tests.
• Own the testing automation strategy and test data management strategy.
• Maintain existing test automation frameworks.
• Collaborate with security experts to perform security assessments.
• Write, debug, and execute code for API and UI automated testing.
• Stay current with testing trends, best practices, and emerging technologies.
• Define, implement, and manage processes regarding automated testing.
• Provide metrics on business process and code coverage.

What will help you succeed in this role:

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• 9+ Years of experience working with QA and Test Automation.
• 5+ Years of experience coding in C#.
• 2+ Years of experience building and executing load and performance test scenarios.
• 2+ Years of experience working with AWS.
• Search Technology experience.
• Advanced English Level is required.
