Descrição da oferta de emprego

Amazon is known across the globe as the most trusted company on the Internet. We are committed to delivering an exceptional customer experience. Amazon Payment Products BR has the mission to launch and manage payments products that will drive affinity and affordability to our customers. This role owns the engagement strategy and product roadmap for Amazon's Co-branded Credit Card customers — driving measurable improvements in adoption, activation, and retention. The successful candidate will develop deep expertise in engagement KPIs, understand the causal drivers behind metric movements, and translate insights into a prioritized roadmap of initiatives that deliver real customer value. This requires a self-starter with strong analytical instincts who thrives in ambiguous, fast-paced environments: someone who can go deep on data to identify root causes and pain points, then shift to managing complex stakeholder landscapes — coordinating with external partners (card issuers, loyalty programs) and internal teams (Product, Marketing, Engineering, Finance) — to drive solutions from problem identification through launch and impact measurement. Clear, concise communication, both written and verbal, is essential.

Key job responsibilities
  • Roadmap Ownership: Define and execute the go-to-market plan for features and engagement initiatives. Gather business requirements, build and deliver against the product roadmap, and create & monitor meaningful KPIs that tie directly to customer and business outcomes.
  • Partner Management: Own the external partner relationship end-to-end — drive joint initiatives, negotiate terms, align on shared success criteria, and ensure mutual accountability on deliverables and timelines.
  • Product Awareness & Adoption: Identify marketing opportunities to drive product awareness and usage. Collaborate with internal marketing teams and external partners to design and deliver effective campaigns that move adoption metrics.
  • Customer Research & Experience Design: Conduct customer research to identify gaps in the product and experience offering. Diagnose unmet needs, design solutions, and champion the customer perspective across all workstreams.
  • Metrics & Analytical Rigor: Develop deep expertise in engagement KPIs (activation rates, purchase frequency, churn). Understand what moves them, run experiments, interpret results, and use data to prioritize ruthlessly and justify trade-offs.
  • Operational Excellence: Lead daily operations with discipline — assess and manage risks, monitor and report on progress with actionable insights, anticipate and resolve bottlenecks, and provide escalation management to keep initiatives on track.
Basic Qualifications
  • Experience in program or project management
  • Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements
  • Experience owning program strategy, end-to-end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership
  • Speak, write, and read fluently in English
  • Experience in financial services and/or credit card products
Preferred Qualifications
  • Master's degree, or MBA in business, operations, human resources, adult education, organizational development, instructional design or related field
