We are looking for a highly analytical and strategically minded Senior Analyst to join our Key Account Management (KAM) and VIP team. While our Account Managers focus on building direct relationships with our High Value Customers, you will be the analytical driving force behind the strategies that empower those interactions. You will play a crucial role in analyzing player behaviors, optimizing budgets, and building comprehensive reports to ensure our VIP operations are both commercially successful and aligned with safer gambling imperatives. This is an exciting opportunity to shape the future of our industry-leading VIP experience by transforming raw data into actionable business intelligence.

What you’ll do:

Strategic Analysis: Deep dive into high-value player data to identify behavioral trends, segmentation opportunities, and areas for commercial growth. You will translate complex datasets into clear, actionable strategies to improve customer lifetime value (LTV), engagement, and retention.

Reporting & Performance Tracking: Design, develop, and maintain comprehensive reports and dashboards that track the performance of the Key Account segment, following the most important KPI'S.

Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner closely with Key Account Managers, providing them with the tailored data and insights they need to deliver personalized experiences. You will actively support leadership in the decision-making process for business strategy and operational improvements.

Governance & Safer Gambling: Utilize data monitoring to proactively identify risks. Work alongside the Risk and Compliance teams to build and track analytical models that support safer gambling initiatives, ensuring our growth is always responsible and compliant.

What you’ll bring:

Experience: Proven experience in analytical and strategic, highly preferred within the iGaming, sports betting, or a similar digital industry focused on User (high-value user segments would be a plus)

Technical Expertise: Strong proficiency in data manipulation and visualization. Advanced skills in Excel and powerpoint as well as ease of working with databases. Hability to create reports and dashboards.

Analytical & Commercial Acumen: A natural problem-solver with the ability to bridge the gap between raw data and commercial strategy.

Industry Knowledge & Communication: A solid understanding of gaming products (casino and sportsbook) to contextually analyze player data. You also possess excellent communication and presentation skills, enabling you to translate complex data findings into simple, effective strategies for stakeholders at all levels.
