About The Role

We are seeking a People Analyst to develop our people analytics capabilities. This role involves establishing data infrastructure, creating reports and dashboards, cleaning datasets, and enabling accurate reporting. You will collaborate with various stakeholders to gather requirements, generate insights, and support data-driven strategies. Additionally, you will provide technical support for Workday, including configuration, troubleshooting, and testing.

What You’ll Achieve

• Develop and maintain dashboards in Google Sheets and Looker for key HR metrics.
• Partner with stakeholders to tailor dashboards for strategic decision-making.
• Perform ad hoc analyses and compliance reports.
• Optimize people-related processes through analytics and systems.
• Manage the employee engagement survey program from design to reporting.
• Support Workday operations daily, including configuration and troubleshooting.
• Assess Workday releases to identify impacts and improvements.
• Ensure data quality and governance, and communicate insights via storytelling and visualization.
