FIS in Brazil is seeking a Project Manager to oversee the initiation, planning, execution, and closure of internal programs and projects, ensuring delivery across scope, costs, risks, and quality while aligning with organizational objectives. You will lead a small to mid-sized team and drive data-driven decisions to optimize outcomes.

The role focuses on implementing industry best practices, maintaining stakeholder relationships, and guiding projects through a lifecycle with strong collaboration

Aufgaben

• Oversees the initiation, planning, execution, and closure of internal programs and projects to ensure effective management and delivery across all program and project aspects, including plans, costs, scope of work, risks, and quality measures.
• Develops tactical and operational project plans aligned with organizational objectives to ensure consistent achievement of key milestones by implementing industry-proven best practices.
• Documents strategic guidance based on data analysis to optimize project outcomes in order to drive data-driven decisions that enhance final deliverables and project success.
• Leads the execution of processes, projects, and tactics within the job area, applying advanced knowledge and skills within specific technical or professional disciplines in order to manage and execute projects efficiently, recognizing the impact of work on the organization.
• Assesses and mitigates risks associated with projects in order to minimize potential disruptions and maximize project success through proactive risk management strategies.
• Coordinates open communication and innovation within project management teams to cultivate a culture of collaboration that supports project success and organizational innovation.
• Collaborates with stakeholders effectively throughout the project lifecycle in order to maintain positive relationships and ensure stakeholder satisfaction by aligning project outcomes with their expectations.
• Performs project management tasks such as work scheduling, prioritizing, coaching, and process execution, utilizing broad job knowledge in technical or operational practices in order to execute processes efficiently within the assigned discipline.
• Analyzes and interprets project results within specific deliverables measured against the client's scope of work and overall expectations and requirements.
• Manages a small to mid-sized team consisting of experienced and/or entry-level technical/professional colleagues.
• Leads, directs and reviews the work of a team who exercise latitude and independence in their assignments.
• Focuses on policy and strategy implementation for short-term results (1 year or less) OR may manage project of significant size and impact to the company.
• Problems faced are difficult to moderately-complex.
• Ensures policies, practices and procedures are understood and followed by direct reports, customers and stakeholders.
• May manage projects/Processes.
• Influences others outside of own job area regarding policies, practices and procedures.
• Typically does not have budget or P&L accountability, but may manage certain processes or projects within a defined budget set by management.
