Genpact Brazil is seeking a Sr. Associate - HRO - Payroll & Benefits to support payroll processing and benefits administration in a fast-moving, AI-driven environment.

You will collaborate with HR and Finance to ensure accurate deductions, taxes, and disbursements, while safeguarding regulatory compliance and timely responses to employee inquiries. Hybrid work in Brazil is offered, with strong growth opportunities.

Formación

• Bachelors in Commerce, Economics or Finance; MBAs are a plus.
• Payroll and benefits knowledge relevant to multiple regions.
• Regulatory awareness for payroll-related requirements.

Responsabilidades

• Assist in calculating payroll components such as deductions, bonuses, and taxes.

Job Description

Responsibilities: Support payroll processing activities to ensure timely and accurate salary disbursements. Assist in calculating payroll components such as deductions, bonuses, and taxes. Help administer employee benefits including health insurance, retirement plans, and leave tracking. Stay informed about basic regulatory requirements related to payroll and benefits. Coordinate with HR and Finance teams to resolve payroll and benefits-related queries. Provide assistance to employees on routine payroll and benefits questions.
