Job summary

Genpact is seeking a Sr. Associate - HRO - Payroll & Benefits to support payroll processing, benefits administration, and regulatory compliance in a dynamic, innovation-driven environment.

You will collaborate with HR, Finance, and cross-functional teams to ensure accurate disbursements and employee support, leveraging SAP/Workday and global payroll practices. This role offers a hybrid work pattern in Brazil and opportunities to advance within Genpact’s AI-driven operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in commerce, economics, or finance.
• Masters in business admin or analytics preferred.
• Professional HR/Payroll certifications (CPP/PHR) are a plus.
• Experience with global payroll and benefits administration.
