Genpact in Brazil is seeking a Sr. Associate - F&A with focus on Accounts Payable to join our AP operations in a fast-moving, innovation-driven environment.

You will review and process invoices, validate essential details, release payments on time, and work with requisitions to resolve issues, while adhering to AP guidelines and internal controls. This role offers mentorship and world-class learning opportunities, and a hybrid Brazil-based work model.

Qualificações

• Bachelors in Accounting, Commerce, Economics or Finance required.
• Masters in Finance preferred.
• Accounts Payable certifications (e.g., CAMS, CFA, CFE, CPA) are a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Review and process invoices and resolve issues.
• Validate basic invoice essentials: supplier details, PO, bank account and invoice date.
• Release invoices for payment timely and accurately.
• Follow up on requisitions to solve invoice issues per AP guidelines.
• Perform daily internal audits to ensure invoices/queries comply with guidelines.
