How you will contribute to our magical experience?

The Sr. Analyst will be responsible for supporting the Retail Manager in the development and execution of strategic retail projects and promotional campaigns across key regions in Brazil. This role plays a crucial part in expanding Disney’s presence in physical and digital retail channels, ensuring alignment with category priorities, and delivering actionable insights and updates to stakeholders to drive business growth.

The Sr. Analyst, Retail Will Be Responsible For

  1. Reporting to the Retail Manager in charge of regional retailers and projects.
  2. Development of new retail channels, regional chains for the expansion of DCP businesses and Retail Campaigns, franchises visibility.
  3. Developing retail projects on brick & mortar and digital channels in Brazil (North, Midwest, Northeast).
  4. Implementing forecasted retail calendar for the fiscal year.
  5. Developing and monitoring the evolution of projects within the retail area.
  6. Working closely with categories to align on priorities.
  7. Executing and delivering promotional campaigns and retail projects.
  8. Maintaining controls and project planning.
  9. Interacting with all DCP categories, creative and marketing teams to facilitate information exchange.
  10. Coordinating with the marketing team to obtain necessary approvals.
  11. Managing primary and secondary accounts in retail to develop new commercial opportunities.
  12. Preparing reports and updates on retail projects and deliveries.
  13. Ensuring accurate communication of information to all stakeholders.

What we need from you to be part of this story:

  • 3–4 years of experience in entertainment or licensing industries, with a background in product categories and retail environments such as supermarkets.
  • Advanced English; intermediate Spanish.
  • Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or Social Communication.
  • Experience in project management, communication, and publicity.
  • Trade Marketing experience, including planning and executing in-store strategies.
  • Market analysis skills, using data to understand trends and consumer behavior.
  • KPI management, including monitoring sell-in, sell-out, market share, and campaign ROI.
  • Negotiation and relationship management skills, with the ability to work with retailers and distributors.
  • Knowledge of merchandising and visual merchandising at POS.
  • Digital marketing skills, integrating online and offline campaigns.
  • Excellent interpersonal and commercial skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, especially PowerPoint and Excel.
  • Leadership, sales, and communication skills.
  • Experience in commercial and trade marketing.
