Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in a research or quantitative field (e.g., Social Sciences, Statistics, Mathematics, Bioinformatics, Economics, etc.) or equivalent practical experience.
  • 3 years of experience in designing, scoping, executing, and delivering research and analysis projects.
  • 3 years of experience in translating business problems into research questions and translating research findings and insights into marketing recommendations.
  • Experience in managing research and measurement agencies.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Knowledge of measurement marketing process.
  • Ability to narrate stories through data.
  • Ability to analyze datasets and translate them to insights.
  • Ability to prioritize requests and work in an environment with engaging demands from multiple stakeholders.
  • Ability to work cross-functionally with marketing and business stakeholders with excellent communication, thinking, and problem-solving skills.

About the job

Google's leadership team hand-picks thorny business challenges, and members of BizOps work in small teams to find solutions. As part of this team, you will fully immerse yourself in data collection, draw insights from analysis, and develop compelling, synthesized recommendations. You will also communicate your recommendations persuasively to senior executives, contribute to driving implementation, and monitor the impact of your suggestions.

You will ensure the quality, organization, and accessibility of marketing data to support business decisions. You will promote data literacy and leverage analytics across all ad marketing initiatives, contributing to the success of marketing activations in the LATAM region and meeting Google's standards.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct in-depth quantitative analysis of marketing performance metrics to extract insights for growth.
  • Identify and resolve data quality issues, communicate findings, and drive corrective actions.
  • Present data analysis in clear reports and presentations for executive audiences.
  • Translate data into actionable marketing and business insights.
  • Foster a data-driven decision-making culture by providing insights and recommendations.
