Ball Corporation is seeking an advanced accounting professional to ensure accuracy, IFRS and US GAAP compliance, and the integrity of financial information. You will partner with cross-functional teams to support month-end and year-end closes and prepare financial reports.

The role also supports audits, internal controls, process improvements, and special projects across the organization, with a hybrid on-site schedule in São José dos Campos.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in accounting from a recognized university.
• CRC registration with regional accounting council (CRC).
• Finance, accounting or financial analysis experience.
• Strong knowledge of IFRS, US GAAP and local regulations.
• Advanced financial modeling and Excel skills.

At Ball, this role provides advanced accounting support and analysis to ensure the accuracy, compliance, and integrity of financial information. You will partners with cross-functional teams to support month-end and year-end closing activities, prepare financial reports, analyze accounting transactions, ensure compliance with IFRS, U.S. GAAP, and local regulatory requirements, and contribute to informed business and financial decisions. This role also supports audits, internal controls, process improvements, and special projects across the organization.

How You'll Make a Difference

• Ensure compliance of accounting operations with applicable legislation, IFRS, and U.S. GAAP requirements.
• Prepare management reports and financial statements, including Cash Flow reports and other financial analyses, to support business performance monitoring and decision-making.
• Present financial analyses and recommendations to management to support decision-making.
• Build and maintain effective working relationships across departments and business groups.
• Support compliance with safety standards and policies.

What Helps You Thrive in This Role

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting.
• CRC (Regional Accounting Council) registration.
• Relevant finance, accounting, or financial analysis experience.
• Strong knowledge of finance, accounting, EVA methodologies, and business principles.
• Advanced financial modeling and Excel spreadsheet skills.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Word, JDE One World, and related business applications.
• Ability to build trust, communicate effectively, collaborate across teams, and consistently deliver results.

Additional Information

• Location: So Jos dos Campos/SP
• Hybrid On-Site Work Environment: This position requires regular in-person engagement by working on-site for three (3) days per work week (with core collaboration days of Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday).
• Schedule: 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM or 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM
