Ball Corporation in São José dos Campos, Brazil, is seeking an experienced accounting professional to provide advanced accounting support, ensure IFRS and US GAAP compliance, and partner with cross-functional teams on month-end and year-end close processes.

The role focuses on accurate financial reporting, internal controls, and process improvements while supporting audits and regulatory requirements. Hybrid on-site work is required three days per week with core collaboration days.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting.
• CRC registration with regional accounting council.
• Finance, accounting or financial analysis experience.
• Knowledge of EVA methodologies.
• Advanced financial modeling and Excel skills.
• Microsoft Word, JDE One World and related business applications.
• Ability to build trust, communicate effectively, collaborate across teams, and consistently deliver results.

Responsabilidades

• Ensure compliance of accounting operations with IFRS and U.S. GAAP requirements.
• Prepare management reports and financial statements, including Cash Flow reports and other analyses, to support performance monitoring and decision-making.
• Present financial analyses and recommendations to management to support decision-making.
• Build and maintain effective working relationships across departments and business groups.
• Support audits, internal controls, process improvements, and special projects across the organization.

At Ball, this role provides advanced accounting support and analysis to ensure the accuracy, compliance, and integrity of financial information. You will partners with cross-functional teams to support month-end and year-end closing activities, prepare financial reports, analyze accounting transactions, ensure compliance with IFRS, U.S. GAAP, and local regulatory requirements, and contribute to informed business and financial decisions. This role also supports audits, internal controls, process improvements, and special projects across the organization.

Additional Information

• Location: São José dos Campos/SP
• Hybrid On-Site Work Environment: This position requires regular in-person engagement by working on-site for three (3) days per work week (with core collaboration days of Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday).
• Schedule: 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM or 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM
