Carrier is seeking an experienced Delivery Assurance professional in Santa Catarina, Brazil. You will manage tracking and shipping processes, implement solutions, and drive improvements to ensure on-time delivery across complex production lines.

Role requires manufacturing experience, strong MRP and SAP skills, and a minimum of three years in similar positions. You will collaborate with procurement, quality, and operations to optimize throughput and minimize disruptions.

• Identify potential supply chain disruptions early and build recovery plans.
• Provide daily status reports and open order reports; brief leadership on delivery commitments.
• Investigate delivery failures and apply corrective actions.
• Collaborate with procurement, quality assurance, and operations to remove bottlenecks.
• Oversee delivery assurance processes and drive on-time delivery objectives.
• Deploy delivery assurance systems to identify shortages early.
• Coordinate with other departments to meet customer requirements during shortages.
• Ensure timely delivery of materials for production of complex components.

About the role

Experienced Delivery Assurance professional. Manages tracking and shipping processes. Responsible for implementing solutions and process improvements for shipment and supplier issues to ensure on-time delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Supplier Monitoring: Track the flow of critical parts through supplier facilities from raw materials to final delivery.
• Risk Mitigation: Identify potential supply chain disruptions early and build recovery plans for shortages or capacity constraints.
• Expediting & Reporting: Provide daily status reports, maintain open order reports, and brief leadership on delivery commitments.
• Root Cause Analysis: Investigate reasons for delivery failures and apply corrective actions.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with procurement, quality assurance, and operations teams to remove bottlenecks
• Manages delivery assurance processes and / or works to achieve day-to-day delivery assurance objectives.
• Implements solutions to issues such as the coordination of shipments, sub-process suppliers and technical assistance to ensure on-time delivery, and to identify root causes that impacts on-time delivery.
• Implements process improvements and deploys delivery assurance system to ensure early identification of shortages.
• Collaborates with other departments as necessary with regard to meeting customer requirements, minimizing negative impacts on a business in the case of shortages.
• Ensures timely delivery of all materials required for the production of assigned complex components.

Requirements

• Experience in a **manufacturing/production environment** .
• Strong experience with **MRP (Material Requirements Planning)** .
• Experience working in a **fast-paced environment** .
• Experience using **SAP** .
• Practical to substantial knowledge of organizational programs, systems, and processes, with the ability to identify improvements and apply them in day-to-day operations.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
