Getnet Platforms in São Paulo, Brazil, seeks a Solutions Architect to map customer legacy systems, migrate functionality, and ensure that new features are delivered on our modern SaaS platform.

You will collaborate with product and engineering to define integration patterns between legacy systems, the SaaS platform, banks, merchants, and internal apps, while ensuring security, resilience and performance.

Qualificações

• Proven experience as a Solution Architect or similar role.
• Experience designing integrations using REST APIs, messaging, event-driven patterns, and file-based interfaces.
• Strong experience with microservices architectures using Java and integration patterns.
• Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder-management capabilities.
• Experience working with cross-functional teams (product, engineering, operations, security, governance).
• Ability to document current-state, transition-state, and target-state architectures.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

As a Solutions Architect, you will be responsible for understanding customers’ legacy systems, identifying opportunities to migrate existing functionality, and ensuring that new features and functions are delivered on our modern SaaS platform. These will be some of the key activities in your day-to-day role:

• Assess legacy systems, applications, integrations, data flows, and business processes.
• Create and maintain documentation of the current and target architecture.
• Evaluate whether new business requirements should be implemented in legacy systems or delivered through the SaaS platform.
• Define integration patterns between legacy systems, the SaaS platform, payment partners, banks, merchants, and internal applications.
• Partner with product managers and engineering teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Support the decomposition of monolithic applications into APIs, services, events, or SaaS-based capabilities.
• Ensure solutions meet security, privacy, compliance, resilience, performance, and audit requirements.
  

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

We are in search of a Solutions Architect to join our team in São Paulo, SP - Brazil , with the following qualifications and background:

Mandatory Requirements

• Proven experience as a Solution Architect, Software Architect, Integration Architect, or similar role.
• Experience designing integrations using REST APIs, messaging, event-driven architecture and file-based interfaces.
• Strong experience designing, implementing, and evolving microservices-based architectures using Java and modern integration patterns.
• Strong logical reasoning, quick learning ability, and proactive mindset.
• Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder-management capabilities.
• Experience working with cross-functional teams, including product, engineering, operations, security, and governance.
• Strong experience assessing, maintaining, modernizing, or migrating legacy systems.
• Ability to document current-state, transition-state, and target-state architectures.

Desirable requirements

Fluency in English and/or Spanish.
