The Specialist, Industrial Engineering will drive productivity by analyzing manufacturing processes and leading Lean initiatives to improve layouts, reduce waste, and boost production efficiency.

We seek a proactive professional with 3–5 years in industrial engineering or continuous improvement, Lean Manufacturing experience, and a Lean Six Sigma Green Belt (preferred).

About the role

As a Specialist, Industrial Engineering, you will drive productivity and operational efficiency by analyzing manufacturing processes and identifying improvement opportunities. You will lead Lean Manufacturing initiatives, optimize layouts and workstations, and support waste reduction efforts. This role focuses on delivering measurable cost savings, improving production performance, and enhancing overall operational excellence.
