Communications and Marketing Manager

SUMMARY

We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Marketing & Communications Manager for LATAM to lead the development and execution of integrated communications and marketing strategies across the region. This role will be responsible for reinforcing the CEVA brand, supporting business growth, and strengthening employee engagement and external visibility, while ensuring alignment with global guidelines and regional priorities.

This is an individual contributor position — the selected candidate will not have a direct team but will collaborate with stakeholders across functions and countries.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

Strategy & Planning

  • Design and implement the LATAM Marketing & Communications plan in alignment with global directives and local business objectives.
  • Act as a strategic partner to Business Development, Product, and HR teams to support brand positioning, lead generation, and internal culture initiatives.

Internal Communications

  • Develop internal campaigns, newsletters, and communication programs to engage and inform employees across all countries in the region.
  • Manage internal communication tools (e.g., My Sociabble, CEVA intranet) and support change management initiatives.

External Communications & Branding

  • Build and execute multi-channel campaigns (LinkedIn, press releases, thought leadership) to increase CEVA’s visibility in LATAM.
  • Ensure brand consistency in all local marketing materials, presentations, and events.
  • Support trade show participation, customer events, and executive speaking opportunities.
  • Coordinate creation of regional content (articles, case studies, videos) for internal and external use.
  • Work in close alignment with local commercial teams, product leaders, and global Communication & Marketing teams to ensure brand and message consistency across the region.
  • Coordinate indirectly with content contributors and agency partners when necessary.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelor’s degree in communications, Marketing, Journalism, or related fields.
  • Minimum 7–10 years of experience in corporate communications and/or B2B marketing in multinational companies.
  • Experience managing campaigns across multiple countries in Latin America.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Portuguese (Spanish is a strong plus).
  • Strong project management, storytelling, and digital marketing capabilities.
  • Ability to work independently, prioritize effectively, and deliver high-quality work in a dynamic, matrixed environment.
  • Background in logistics, supply chain, or transportation industries is considered a strong advantage.
  • This is an individual contributor role, with no direct reports.
