Job summary

Infosys Brazil is looking for a Sourcing & Buyer to join our operations team. The role focuses on CapEx sourcing, supplier identification, market assessment, and tender/RFQ evaluation, along with contract finalization and spot buys for national and international clients.

The candidate will handle PR to PO conversions, maintain strong stakeholder relationships, and navigate complex negotiations with knowledge of e-sourcing tools like Coupa and Ariba. Location in Brazil with CLT employment model.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required.
• CAPEX sourcing: supplier identification, market assessment, sourcing strategy, tender/RFQ evaluation and negotiation.
• MRO: familiarity with Industrial Services, Spare Parts, Utilities, Equipment rental or related fields.

Responsibilities

• Negotiate with suppliers for CapEx needs.
• Finalize supplier contracts and terms.
• Run small sourcing projects and spot buys.
• Process PR to PO conversions efficiently.
• Maintain clear communication and manage stakeholders.
• Demonstrate urgency, problem solving, teamwork, and negotiation skills.
• Familiar with RFI/RFP/RFQ processes and e-sourcing tools.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree: Business Administration, industrial Engineering, Economics, International trade, Chemical/Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.

• MRO: Industrial Services, Spare Parts, Utilities, Equipment rental, consulting, catering, chemicals or personnel transportation.

Additional Required Qualifications
