Infosys Brazil is seeking a dedicated Sourcing & Buyer to drive supplier negotiations and contract finalization for CapEx and MRO categories. You will run small sourcing projects, convert PR to PO, and manage stakeholder relationships with a focus on speed and value.

Proficiency with RFI/RFP/RFQ processes and e-sourcing tools is essential. Ideal candidates hold a related bachelor’s degree and have experience in CapEx sourcing, MRO, and cross-functional collaboration.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required; three years of progressive experience may substitute for each year of education.
• Experience with CapEx sourcing: supplier identification, market assessment, sourcing strategy, tender/RFQ evaluation and negotiation.
• Experience in MRO: industrial services, spare parts, utilities, equipment rental, consulting, catering, chemicals, or personnel transportation.

• Familiar with RFI/RFP/RFQ process,
• Familiar with e-sourcing systems (e.g.: Coupa, Ariba, Xeneta, Bravo).

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree: Business Administration, industrial Engineering, Economics, International trade, Chemical/Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
• CAPEX sourcing : supplier identification, market assessment, sourcing strategy, tender/RFQ evaluation and commercial negotiation
• MRO: Industrial Services, Spare Parts, Utilities, Equipment rental, consulting, catering, chemicals or personnel transportation.
