Product Focus: AI-First Recruitment Technology
We're hiring a Portuguese-speaking Solutions Engineer in Brazil to support our Brazilian and broader Portuguese-speaking LATAM customers, and build a local Talkpush presence in one of our most active regional markets.
This isn't a commercial role. You won't carry a revenue number. You'll be the person who makes the product work brilliantly for customers, configuring Autoflows, optimising AI interview agents, and running weekly technical sessions with recruitment managers.
What You'll Do
Configuration & Problem-Solving
- Own a queue of customer tickets and configuration requirements each week
- Configure Autoflows, integrations, and bot interactions to match customer needs
- Audit existing setups and optimise for performance, response quality, and adoption
- Troubleshoot issues end-to-end and resolve them with minimal escalation
- Run weekly technical check-ins with recruitment managers and team leaders across Brazil
- Translate customer pain into specific platform changes and configuration tweaks
- Set clear expectations on what's possible and how long it takes
Community Building (Brazil)
- Organise a monthly in-person event for Talkpush users and prospects in So Paulo or Rio de Janeiro
- Build word-of-mouth in the local recruitment community
- Surface market intelligence back to the global team
Supervising AI Agents
- Review and optimise AI interview agent configurations
- Spot performance issues before customers do
- Feed insights back into product
What We're Looking For
Experience
- Background in technical support (Level 2/3), configuration-heavy roles, business analysis, industrial engineering, or as a developer who's moved into customer-facing work
- Proven ability to work with enterprise customers over the long haul without burning out — this work is detailed, repetitive at times, and requires patience
- Native or fluent Portuguese; strong professional English; Spanish is a plus
Attitude (this matters more than credentials)
- Resilience. You've handled difficult enterprise customers for years and kept your composure. Chaos and ambiguity don't faze you.
- Doer mindset. You'd rather fix something than write a memo about fixing it.
- Solitary focus. You're comfortable doing deep configuration work alone for hours.
- Pragmatic. You solve the problem in front of you rather than chasing the perfect solution.
