Overview

In this role, you will design and implement end-to-end intelligent automation solutions that integrate RPA, AI, ML, and cognitive technologies to transform complex business processes. You will work on hyperautomation initiatives, combining multiple platforms and technologies to deliver scalable, efficient, and high-impact automation systems. Your work will directly influence operational efficiency, business decision-making, and enterprise-level process optimization. Accountabilities

• Design multi-platform intelligent automation architectures and lead hyperautomation initiatives
• Evaluate business processes to identify opportunities for automation and ROI optimization
• Integrate RPA, AI/ML, OCR, NLP, chatbots, and other cognitive technologies into comprehensive automation systems
• Develop governance frameworks and manage the full lifecycle of automation solutions
• Implement process mining, analytics, and continuous optimization strategies
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and effective implementation of automation projects

Requirements

• Hands‑on experience with multiple RPA platforms and enterprise automation tools
• Expertise in AI/ML applications within automation, including model integration for decision-making
• Knowledge of process mining tools (e.g., Celonis, UiPath Process Mining)
• Strong skills in API development, microservices, and programming languages such as Python, .NET, and Java
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and scalable enterprise solutions
• Ability to design complex automation ecosystems and manage full project lifecycles
• English proficiency at B2 level or higher, conversational and technical
