Job summary

107 Cisco do Brasil Ltda. is seeking a highly motivated Solutions Engineer to serve Enterprise accounts in Brazil. You will be a technical adviser, design tailored solutions, and drive product adoption throughout the sales cycle.

Based in São Paulo, the role requires leading technical discovery, delivering demos and POCs, responding to RFPs/RFIs, and training customers. Fluency in Portuguese and English is essential; CCIE is highly valued. You will travel within Brazil as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• 15+ years of experience as a Solutions Engineer, Sales Engineer, or similar role in Enterprise accounts.
• Strong technical background in Routing & Switching, incl. Catalyst, Cisco Routers, service provider, cloud computing, cybersecurity, data analytics, and networking.
• CCIE certification strongly valued.
• Proven ability to design and present technical solutions to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Ability to create an end-to-end network architecture for a customer.

As a Solutions Engineer, you will be a key technical advisor and solutions expert for our Enterprise accounts, driving revenue growth by providing technical expertise throughout the sales cycle Meet the Team . You will be responsible for understanding customer needs, designing and presenting tailored solutions, and ensuring successful product adoption. This role requires a strong technical background, excellent communication skills, and a proven ability to build relationships with both technical and business stakeholders.

Your Impact

• Collaborate with the sales team to identify and qualify business opportunities with Enterprise accounts in Brazil.
• Conduct technical discovery sessions to understand customer requirements, challenges, and objectives.
• Design and present compelling technical solutions that align with customer needs and demonstrate the value of our products.
• Develop and deliver product demonstrations, presentations, and proof-of-concept (POC) projects.
• Respond to technical inquiries, RFPs, and RFIs.
• Provide technical training and support to customers and partners.
• Stay up to date on industry trends, competitive landscape, and product advancements.
• Maintain a deep understanding of our product portfolio and its capabilities.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders within Enterprise accounts.
• Work closely with product management and engineering teams to provide customer feedback and influence product development.
• Travel within Brazil, as needed, to meet with customers and attend industry events.

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum 15 years of experience as a Solutions Engineer, Sales Engineer, or similar role, with a focus on Enterprise accounts.
• Strong technical background in Routing & Switching products and technologies, to include the Catalyst, Cisco Routers, Service provider, cloud computing, cybersecurity, data analytics and networking.
• CCIE Certification strongly valued
• Proven ability to design and present technical solutions to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Ability to create an end-to-end network architecture of a customers
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Fluent in Portuguese and English (written and spoken).
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Experience with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce).
• Willingness to travel.
• Based in São Paulo

• Experience working with multinational corporations in Brazil.
• Knowledge of Brazilian market dynamics and industry trends.
• Relevant industry certifications (e.g., AWS, Azure, Cisco).
