MoEngage is seeking a passionate Sales Solutions Engineer to join their team in São Paulo. This role involves understanding customer goals, developing sales strategies, and collaborating with global companies to drive successful sales. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in B2B SaaS, excellent problem-solving skills, and technical knowledge in API/SDK architecture. Qualificações

  • 5+ years in sales/solutions engineering, particularly in B2B SaaS.

  • Technical experience in mobile/web platforms and SaaS architecture.

Requirements
  • Obsessed with solving customer problems.
  • Passionate commitment to proactively closing sales deals by creating a compelling value proposition for senior non-technical leaders.
  • 5+ years of experience in a sales/solutions engineering role, with experience in the B2B SaaS space for enterprise accounts.
  • Strong understanding of enterprise integration methodologies, API/SDK architecture, and the opportunities mobile apps bring.
  • Understanding of challenges faced by B2C & B2B marketers and the ability to formulate strategies to address them.
  • Excellent organizational skills to manage multiple customers and switch contexts quickly.
  • Technical experience/knowledge in Mobile & Web platforms, SaaS architecture, and ESP architecture.
  • Ability to assist clients with customizations based on good technical knowledge.
  • Experience in running Proof of Concepts with high conversion rates.
  • Background in Customer Success, Account Management, project management, or technical pre-sales in digital marketing techniques is a plus.
Responsibilities
  • Understand and qualify customer goals; effectively communicate MoEngage’s value.
  • Apply ‘needs-based selling’ principles in communication.
  • Collaborate with Account Executives to develop sales strategies and drive successful sales with global companies.
  • Assist in sales stages such as demos, POCs, RFP responses, and business justifications.
  • Manage customer POCs to ensure success through planning and execution.
  • Gather and relay customer feedback and needs to Product Management, Engineering, and Marketing.
  • Stay informed about internal product roadmaps and features; evangelize with customers and relay feedback.
  • Contribute to improving Sales Engineering processes and practices.
  • Continuously update skills and stay current with industry trends in MarTech.
