Requirements
- Passion for solving customer problems and proactive sales approach targeting senior non-technical leaders.
- 5+ years in sales/solutions engineering within B2B SaaS, especially for enterprise accounts.
- Strong understanding of enterprise integration, API/SDK architecture, and mobile app opportunities.
- Knowledge of B2C marketing challenges and strategic formulation skills.
- Excellent organizational skills to manage multiple clients and demands.
- Technical knowledge in Mobile & Web platforms, SaaS, and ESP architectures.
- Experience in conducting Proof of Concepts with high success rates.
- Background in Customer Success, Account Management, or technical pre-sales is advantageous.
Responsibilities
- Qualify customer goals and communicate MoEngage's value effectively.
- Utilize needs-based selling language to articulate solutions.
- Collaborate with Account Executives to craft and implement sales strategies for global clients.
- Support sales stages including demos, POCs, RFP responses, and business justifications.
- Manage customer POCs to ensure success criteria are met.
- Gather and relay customer feedback to Product, Engineering, Marketing, and Sales teams.
- Stay informed about product roadmap and features to advocate internally and externally.
- Improve sales engineering processes continually.
- Keep abreast of industry trends in MarTech and enhance skills accordingly.
